Stayed here for 4 nights during the Euros as a base. Little bit dated with woodchip on the walls, but generally okay, clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. Location good, close to the station, and a 15 minute walk to the old town. The area surrounding didn't feel unsafe one little bit. Lots of small cafes close by (and some small shops) so decent. Overall a nice wee place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and pleasant to look at. The hotel is a really great location and not far from the central station.

This was my second stay, because my 1st stay went so well and honestly with the good rate saved me a lot of money. In fact, my 2nd stay was even better, staff are so kind and helpful! Moreover, the rooms are completely sufficient, I just don't feel I get more paying places with room rates 2x as much. I have a favorite gym nearby, which blows away any hotel gym, I'd rather use the savings to pickup a day pass there. This hotel is in a no compromises location, you won't need to spend anything on Ubers or taxis. Just all around awesome, I will stay again.

This was my second time staying here and i loved how big the rooms were (both times i stayed in the family room). The owner was very kind and friendly including his wife. I totally recommend it to stay here. They also provided parking space for only 15 euro a day which i find it quite convenient. Oh for the first night we stayed there the elevator was broken. But the staff was kind enough to help us and bring our bags to our room. On top of that they complement it with free breakfast for the inconvenience.

The Service desk staff was quite nice and gave the room to us before the check in time. The room was clean and had good facilities. There are supermarkets nearby.

The hotel is in a quiet location and only about 20 minutes walk to the Altstadt. The breakfast buffet was great and fresh items were brought out regularly. The room was a decent size and there was always plenty of hot water for showers. The staff were friendly, spoke good English and were very helpful.

I am very thankful for the possibility to check in 1 hour earlier. Breakfast was really good (except coffee). Also you can have a coffee or tea just when you need - there is a kettle in the hall. Good location - near the Railway station, 20 min by foot to the main attractions. Very clean rooms. Overall it was a good choice and a nice stay.

Just 7-8 minutes walk to main station. Around was full of restaurants and groceries. Very calm and quiet place to stay, specially after events like exhibitions and seminars. Staffs were really helpful and welcoming. They checked me in earlier and it was a big help to me as I was going to Messe Dusseldorf.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I appreciated being able to leave my luggage, get changed in the restroom hours after check out as well as the general friendliness.
